Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
Relatik AI ("the Service", "Relatik") is operated by CSLT SERVICES PTE. LTD., a company incorporated in Singapore ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Relatik AI provides AI-powered sales intelligence tools, including buyer research, artifact generation (briefs, proposals, assessments), bulk lead processing, and related features. We may modify or discontinue features at our discretion.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of any organization you register. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for unlawful purposes; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts; (c) reverse engineer or scrape the Service; (d) submit data you do not have the right to use; (e) use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications; (f) generate content that is defamatory, harassing, or infringing on third-party rights.
5. Subscription and Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are not offered for partial billing periods. Free trials convert automatically to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
6. AI-Generated Content
The Service produces AI-generated content based on inputs you provide. You are responsible for reviewing, validating, and editing all AI-generated outputs before use. Relatik does not warrant that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose. You retain ownership of inputs you provide and outputs generated for your account, subject to our right to use anonymized data to improve the Service.
7. Your Data
You retain all rights to data you upload (seller knowledge, buyer information, custom templates). We process this data only to provide the Service. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details on collection and use.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates third-party providers including Anthropic (AI processing), Clerk (authentication), Supabase (data storage), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Sentry (error monitoring), and Mixpanel (analytics). Your use of the Service is also subject to their terms.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is the property of CSLT SERVICES PTE. LTD. and its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any IP rights to you, except for the limited license to use the Service as intended.
10. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or for any other reason at our discretion with reasonable notice. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days; after that, data may be permanently deleted.
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CSLT SERVICES PTE. LTD. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CSLT SERVICES PTE. LTD. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-product notice at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
