Privacy Policy

Overview
Relatik AI ("the Service", "Relatik") is operated by CSLT SERVICES PTE. LTD., a company incorporated in Singapore ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Service. We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with applicable data protection laws including the GDPR.
1. Information We Collect
Account information: name, email, organization name (via Clerk authentication). Usage data: pages visited, features used, AI generation activity. Content you upload: seller knowledge documents, buyer information, custom templates. Payment information: handled directly by Stripe; we do not store card numbers. Communications: any messages you send to support.
2. How We Use Information
To provide and improve the Service, including running AI generation on your inputs. To process payments and manage subscriptions. To send service emails (delivery notifications, billing alerts, security notices). To monitor performance and debug errors. To analyze aggregated usage patterns. We do not use your data to train external AI models.
3. Sub-Processors
We use the following sub-processors: Anthropic (AI model inference), Clerk (authentication), Supabase (database and file storage), Stripe (payment processing), Resend (transactional email), Sentry (error monitoring), Mixpanel (product analytics), Render (backend hosting), Vercel (frontend hosting). Each sub-processor handles data under their own privacy commitments and contractual obligations.
4. Data Retention
Account and usage data is retained while your account is active. Upon account deletion, data is permanently removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. You can export your data at any time from the Settings page.
5. Your Rights (GDPR)
If you are in the EEA or UK, you have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; request deletion ("right to be forgotten"); export your data in machine-readable format; object to processing; withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, use the Settings page or email support@relatik.ai.
6. Cookies and Analytics
We use essential cookies for authentication and security. With your consent (via cookie banner), we use Mixpanel to understand product usage. You can reject analytics cookies; the Service will continue to work normally.
7. International Data Transfers
Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your own, including the United States. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and other approved mechanisms to ensure adequate protection.
8. Security
We use industry-standard security practices including encryption in transit (HTTPS), encryption at rest, role-based access controls, and regular security audits. No system is 100% secure; in the event of a breach we will notify affected users within 72 hours as required by law.
9. Children
The Service is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided data to us, contact support@relatik.ai and we will delete it.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be notified via email or in-product notice at least 30 days before they take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version.
