Can I change plans later?+
Yes — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel any time from Settings. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
What happens after the free trial?+
Your Pipeline trial converts to a paid Pipeline subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. We will email you a reminder before that happens.
Do you offer annual discounts?+
Yes. Annual plans get a 15% discount across all tiers.
What if I hit my buyer limit?+
You will be prompted to upgrade or wait until next month. Existing buyer workspaces and artifacts stay accessible — the limit only blocks new buyers.
Is my data secure?+

Do you offer refunds?+
